Our Mission:
To create a community which brings together primary schools and high schools, and helps connect passionate high school students with struggling primary students in learning (reading and maths), especially in rural and remote areas around the country.
- Help close the big learning gap in primary schools between the lowest socio-economic status (SES) students and the highest SES students.
- Provide significant benefits to two groups of students by
- Providing struggling primary school students the vital learning assistance
- Encouraging high school students to volunteer, get skilled, and attain a sense of fulfillment. ‘In helping others, we help ourselves.’
- Improving the understanding among the younger generations across the states and territories.
The Human Rights of Rural Australians said it well. ‘We have inescapable duties to one another, to our local communities, to the broader Australian society and the world community.’
